Assured Property Group now takes our customers to the next level in achieving financial freedom through property investment, and we're looking for a qualified real estate agent with expertise in property investment to join our team.

 

Our Property Investment Presentation is easy to follow and fun to present and we've teamed up with reliable builders & developers both in SA and interstate to provide tax effective, turnkey property options for our clients. 

 

Instead of selling houses, your new role will be to educate clients on property investment to achieve their dreams.
 

Where will you obtain your customers?

 

We're looking for experienced sales people who love building their own referrals, networking and meeting new people to bring more customers to their door.  In fact, in this role it's essential that you know how to build this type of referral business.

 

In addition to this, you'll have access to our team of 17 home loan brokers who you can build relationships with and assist their customers in property investment. Many of their clients and already pre-qualified and interested in building wealth through property investment.

 

To join our team, here's what you need;

* To be a licensed real-estate representative
* Have experience in the property investment arena or be a successful property investor
* Be passionate about helping people create wealth through investment property ownership.
* Have a successful track record in sales and be able to prove it working on commission only for a minimum of 2 years.

* Be self-motivated with the passion and drive to succeed.

* Have competent computer skills.

* Be well presented and a highly skilled communicator.
• Have a current drivers license and well presented vehicle.
• Work well in a team environment.

* Be motivated to work on a commission only basis.

This position offers great commissions and OTE of $170k+.
