TERMS AND CONDITIONS $20,000 ASSURED STYLING PACKAGE GIVE AWAY

1. Offer:
Assured Property Group (APG) offers to provide a once off $20,000 Harvey Norman Shopping Spree Promotion per eligible signed and executed building contract, subject to the Buyer satisfying and strictly complying with the Eligibility Criteria and Redemption Criteria. The promotion is available on selected properties only.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the Assured Harvey Norman Shopping Spree Promotion the Buyer must:

1. purchase an eligible property facilitated through APG;

2. enter a standard building contract with Alete Homes;

3. settle the loan required for the purchase of property via Assured Home Loans (AHL); and

4. complete settlement of the purchase of the land in accordance with the terms of the Contract;

3. Redemption Criteria:

1. Confirmation from Urban Land Group that settlement has occurred

2. Upon receipt of confirmation of land settlement, APG will arrange for a stylist to contact you within 5 business days

3. Harvey Norman Shopping Spree is valid at any Harvey Norman Store

4. Only one order to be placed up to a maximum value of $20,000.00, any amount remaining will be forfeited

5. When placing order, client is to request invoice to be made to Assured Property Group with the client name noted as the reference

6. If order is greater than $20,000, client must pay any amount over $20,000 prior to APG paying the remainder of the invoice

4. General provisions:

1. Payment of Harvey Norman Shopping Spree will be made within 7 days of receipt of invoice from Harvey Norman up to a maximum value of $20,000.

2. APG is not responsible for any loss or damage (however it arises) which you may suffer or incur arising of or in connection with any land or building contract you enter into.

3. Urban Land Group Pty Ltd is not a member of the Assured Group of companies, and the Assured Group takes no responsibility for and does not warrant its ability to enter into or carry out its obligations under a land contract on time or at all.

4. Alete Homes is not a member of the Assured Group of companies, and the Assured Group takes no responsibility for and does not warrant the ability of the builder to enter into or carry out its obligations under a building contract on time or at all.

5. The $20,000 Assured Styling Package Give Away is not available in conjunction with any other promotion or offer by APG.

6. Harvey Norman Shopping Spree is inclusive of GST.

7. APG and its related entities will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by any person who relies upon the information in any advertisement relating to the Harvey Norman Shopping Spree or participates in the promotion except for any liability that cannot be excluded by the law.

8. APG may give notice to all parties involved that this Harvey Norman Shopping Spree could be withdrawn at any time, except those where a land contract has been executed.

9. Without exception, the Harvey Norman Shopping Spree will only be paid by APG if these terms and conditions are strictly complied with and the Buyer will have no claim or other rights against APG because of non‐compliance with, or non‐satisfaction of, the above conditions that result in nonfulfillment of the Harvey Norman Shopping Spree.

 

DEFINED TERMS

Unless otherwise required by the context or subject matter:

 

Assured Group means Assured Home Loans Pty Ltd, Assured Property Group Pty, Rate Busters Pty Ltd, Assured Financial Solutions Pty Ltd

 

Assured Property Group (APG) means Assured Property Group, 1 Northcote Terrace, Medindie SA 5081, ABN: 35 158 257 302

 

Assured Home Loans (AHL) means Assured Home Loans Pty Ltd, 1 Northcote Terrace, Medindie SA 5081, ABN: 46 066 462 977

 

Standard building contract means an Alete Homes contract where no discount has been given

 

Alete Homes means Alete Homes Pty Ltd, 11d Metro Parade, Mawson Lakes SA 5095, ABN: 59 149 800 626

 

Urban Land Group means Urban Land Group Pty Ltd, 226 Pulteney Street, Adelaide SA 5000, ABN: 94 150 859 064

 

Buyer means a person who has signed an Urban Land Group land contract and an Alete Homes building contract

 

Harvey Norman Shopping Spree means a $20,000 payment that will be made on behalf of the buyer to Harvey Norman once all Eligibility and Redemption criteria is attained

 

Eligibility Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 2 of these terms and conditions.

 

Redemption Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 3 of these terms and conditions.
